CFS Mortgage Corporation is a closely held mortgage banker licensed in both Arizona and California. CFS have been providing home loans to consumers in Arizona and California since 1982. Their company employees over 25 agents and have processed some 18,000 home loans in the past 30 years. Their business is known for excellent customer service and has been recognized as a top 25 lender by the Phoenix Business Journal.
The owner of CFS approached FireDrum with the desire to engage with his current and prospective clients in a relevant and consistent way and in-turn increase his agent’s ability to close more loans. CFS, like most business, needed to be very careful with their allocation of internal resources. There was a strong need to create a consistent brand presence as well as personalized feel for each contact. Once the versioned messaging system was set up, the owner had to just send in content on behalf of his agents, this content was then pushed to each versioned template and agent specific list. The template included the agent’s photo and contact information. The versioned template created a personal touch for each email campaign and provided CFS exactly what they were looking for in an email partner.
